Update on stuck screws

Bought a can of WD40 and applied some to the screws that wouldn't budge. Then, today I was able to get to a Menard's after work & bought a pkg. of 2 offset screwdrivers. The screws loosened with hardly any resistance tonight & I got the lint cleaned out. Hurray!!! Thank you all for your hints.

I wanted to purchase the rachet screwdriver from a Harbor Freight, but the shipping & handling charges were way too high. The inexpensive rachet set would have run me over $11 if I'd ordered it over the internet. We don't have a nearby Harbor Freight store. Glad to have solved this and get the machine the maintenance it deserves!

Great job...very satisfying when a screw yields to penetrating oils

Don't use WD-40 on your machines...really, there are much better options. Triflow is just one of them.

Congrats Mavis. Triflow, sometimes heat, good tools and patience works best.
