My sewing machine is all wired up and working. Just need to lubricate the parts.
download a Manual for it ( National Sewing Machine )
All is good, thanks to many people on the forum that helped out.
Hope you can see my video of the Viking Designer ( National Sewing Machine) Borletti

 Great! However, I was going to suggest that you not drop the presser foot or take it off when running without fabric. Then I looked again and it appears that the lever has the feed dogs dropped.

I cleaned and oiled up the Viking Designer ( Borletti ).
I sewed a straight line on an old face cloth and the machine works great!
Still having fun.

Page 47-48 is missing in my book. Is there anything on it or is it a blank page?
Thanks

Wow! Thanks a lot. That is great. Now I can try to find a manual for it. The machine does say on it Reg.U.S.Pat.Off.
made in Italy.
The motor is a Westinghouse.

Did you ever find your manual? I have an identical machine that was my mother's, and I have a manual with it. I could scan it if you like.
