Vintage bernina 930

Does anyone have a service manual schematic of the Bernina 930?

No but I bet you could go onsite and get one. Maybe even Bernina can send you one. I used to have either a Bernina 920 or 930 but traded the manual in with the machine on my newer model 920 or 930.

Are you talking about the page that says "DETAILS OF MACHINE" and identifys 32 places on the surface of the front of the machine? My sister gave me a notebook said to be a service manual for Models 930, 910, 900, 830, 801, 730, 530. It is a photocopy and has many small photos or diagrams, many too dark to see anything. Seems to me that a schematic of the Bernina would take up a very large poster size sheet. I have not learned to add pictures and dreaded the moment when someone says "let us see the pictures". I have no trouble scanning and sending by email. Is there something specific to the 930 that you are interested in?

What are you needing to know about the 930? I have my manual and somewhere a schematic. Gee, I sew on mine all the time and never thought about it being a vintage machine.

I was looking at the quilts made on vintage machines the other day and was impressed! Then, thinking about my own stuff... oh, wait a minute ... *Everything* I have ever made was on vintage machines. It's so 'normal' for me I don't even notice it - apparently :-) .

Thank you for responding. I found the hand wheel assembly and ordered from eBay.
