Vintage singer help

Hi. I'm trying to sell a vintage singer that we had as an ornament in our now shut down holiday let. But I'm trying to find some more information on it as I'm having difficulty answering questions that people have. The code on it is f838c200 and I've tried looking for sometime and found nothing about the machine. I just hoped that someone here may be able to enlighten me. Thank you in advance!

A picture would help as Singer made many machines of different models over lots of years.

There is a good site to help identify early Singer sewing machines can be found at https://www.sandman-collectibles.com...r-machines.htm

I'm going to guess that it is a 128K, probably from about 1918. The K in 128K, just indicates that it was made at Kilbowie in Scotland.

Janey - Neat people never make the exciting discoveries I do.
