Newbie here! Hi!!
I'm really excited. I received this beautiful machine last week.. It's pretty clean... It didn't come home with a bobbin so I'm a little stumped. I'm new to the sewing too. I took a class in high school but that was a while ago thankfully technology has advanced since then smart phones, Pintrest & YouTube are my best friends!! I've had a singer stylist 534 I've been kicking around for years was given to me too... I pulled it down from the attic to use it, come to find out my pedal isn't for that machine (sigh) 4 prong. (I need a 3) anyhow I've tried to search along with everyone else here for any info on this machine or brand and all I can come up with is the same thing. It was made in Japan & supposedly by Toyota. I didn't see a stamp on the cast but I will look again.
So mainly I am posting to see if anyone has a suggestion on a bobbin size & knowing it'll be appreciated to see another rare machine!! 😄

Welcome to the board! I collect the ancient machines so I would not be much help in the parts department, but that is one cool looking ZZ machine!

Welcome to the board! I don't really collect -- they just seem to find me! LOL Cool machine!

If it was made in Japan then there's a very good chance it takes a class 15 bobbin case and bobbins. Both are easily available new. You might want to check with Sew-Classic.com. There are a couple different styles of class 15 bobbin case.

Welcome, KKR. I also have a Visetti Deluxe -- similar features, different design. Good, strong machine you have. Have fun with it.

Welcome to the board! You have a lovely machine, but it's really not rare. The Japanese manufacturers badged machines with hundreds of names on them. The reason that sometimes it can be hard to find any info about certain Japanese machines is because there are no records to search like there is for Singers and others.
What you have is an end loading zig zagger and you need this bobbin case-

You can buy new bobbins there too, but good quality 15 class bobbins are just about non existent now so I buy used ones from the big auction site.

I have one too!! You can order bobbins ....oh geez, forgot where I got mine from! It's so heavy and pretty though...
It does take a class 15 bobbin. Try Sew-Classic.com, I do believe that's where I got mine
