Want to come for a visit?

SteveH expects to be to my place Sunday afternoon - so if anyone else wants to show up, you are welcome to do so. Just send me a PM.

I promise I'll only sneak one or two old machines in your vehicle, and maybe some cabinet parts, or a box or two of extra attachments . . .

I'd love to have someone come help me sort through my attachment sets. I hauled most of them out the the workroom, and now they are stacked up on the bench ready to match up with machines.

That sounds like a load of fun! Wish I were close, I'd love to come and learn!

I will see what I can arrange. Message will follow.

Sigh...looks like we'll be going the other direction. Probably heading north to open up the cabin for the summer. Have a great get together, and I'll try to come some day too. In the meantime, thank's for the great photo updates you do on the new shed!

Sounds like fun but to far of a drive for me especially since I gave up driving 8 years ago. Have fun !!

Me, too! What a blast it'd be.

I would love to meet Steve & Heather, view museum ... and I would LOVE to help sort through your attachment sets. Albeit it is not to be :(:(

Janey - Neat people never make the exciting discoveries I do.

If teleporters were a real thing, I'd be there tout suite!! That sounds like so much fun, but alas the distance between CA and SD is not conducive to quick visits!

Oh that sounds like tons of fun and I would love to see your museum but we made that trip a few years back and with my RA that is a little too far to travel.

Rodney 05-28-2015 05:46 AM

I would love to. Unfortunately I'm a bit too far away.

Big dramatic sigh! Alas South Dakota is a bit far from central Texas. :(

If only .......

Mid Kansas...550 miles.

With my next car, yes. This one, no.

Mornigstar 05-28-2015 05:36 PM

Oh Oh I have been wanting to go to SD to see Mt Rushmore and I would be honored to meet you and Steve since I made a mistake and didn't buy that 201 from him . I would have liked to bring you a lot more attachments at same time.

Too bad I can't make it there from here in central Ontario as we would come in our motor home. good luck !

csharp 05-28-2015 06:28 PM

Well, have fun for sure, and post some pictures if you can. We are all envious.

KenZ 05-28-2015 06:37 PM

Thanks for the invitation, sounds like fun. For many of isthe miles are the only problem. Have a great day.

Macybaby 05-29-2015 03:35 AM

The invite is open for anyone traveling in the future too - just let me know.

For those that are too far, I plan on doing a "Machine of the Month" or something like that. I want to document my collection and gather statistics on the machines and attachments that fit. It won't be about "how to fix" but more on hints to identify.

greywuuf 05-29-2015 05:43 AM

hmm, 3500 miles? Maybe next summer. thanks for the invite though :)

Carol34446 05-29-2015 05:07 PM

Too far from central FL but sure would love to take off and leave the dogs and work. Now too many Dr. appointments coming up for Jerry. Last CT scan last week found some serious problems so more Dr.s to see what is going on.
