Michellesews 02-26-2012 07:16 AM

Just Me... 02-26-2012 07:27 AM

Wow! Maybe I should raise my Craigslist price. I'm only asking $80 for mine! LOL

AUQuilter 02-26-2012 07:34 AM

Wow! They have a super inflated idea of its worth.

harrishs 02-26-2012 07:46 AM

I love the "red eye" but I thought with that price is was plated in gold!

mighty 02-26-2012 09:23 AM

The will probably be sitting on that one for a long while!!!

jlm5419 02-26-2012 09:49 AM

JMO, but that machine isn't "mint" condition, and the cabinet definitely isn't. They are dreaming.

This is exactly why the lady I tried buying a red eye treadle from would not drop her price. She was absolutley convinced it was worth almost a $1000, ebay clouded her judgement.

Not to mention that he's got the ONLY Singer Redeye that was made after 1924....he needs to do more research!

Not sure what you mean by that .....

I'm in Chicago and purchased a c 1920 66 Red Eye for $40 in pretty similar condition.

The guy relisted this one, for the same price.

paulettepoe 02-26-2012 04:57 PM

Are they NUTS??? I think so.

karenpatrick 02-27-2012 06:30 AM

I just checked the listing again and it did NOT sell. Not surprised.

Charlee 02-27-2012 08:10 AM

He/she relisted it tho...same price.

RoundRobinP 02-27-2012 08:16 AM

Momma_K 02-27-2012 09:59 AM

It's about $950.00 to much for me!!!

imnywoman 02-27-2012 10:02 AM

Bwaaahahahahaha! In some people's mind, age=$$$$$ I think it will be re-listed for a long, long time.

deenatoo 03-05-2012 08:02 AM

You can get it at a bargin price now....they came down $50....NOT....

Quilt Mom 03-06-2012 04:06 PM

They did come down $50. Some people think too highly of their belongings.
