It looks just like my 15-90

It's close, except that the 15-88 was made as a treadle machine. You can tell by the spoked hand wheel.

I just bought a 15-88 at church silent auction for $45. I took it to my middle school classroom and a team of eager seventh graders helped me clean and oil her up. I love this machine! We hand cranked her until we could get the new belt on her. They are learning to treadle and zooming right along! Yours is a bit newer...love the black hand wheel too. I have a 1910 15 treadle that I have had since June. I haven't replaced her belt yet but I hope I like her as much as this one. I will give her to my niece next week for an early Christmas gift.

Mo-rie I think sharing your knowledge and teaching your seventh graders about vintage machines is wonderful!!! I wonder how many collectors of vintage machines are being born in your classroom!
