I have a Penguin foot and that's what it looks like to me.

My wife does not know what a Singer Penguin WF looks like and I have no idea where to get a pic of one, could you post a pic of yours?

All things are known by the oracle at Google.... The search term is "Singer walking foot penguin", then select "Images"

The results yield things like this

Penguin foot with box, featherweight and card table (does it come with case too?)

Funny part, the penguin foot is worth more than everything else combined. If they want less than $700 USD then it's a good deal. I'd be willing to pay $400 USD just for the penguin foot.

Steve,

It's a waste of time for me to do a Google search. I just cannot do well worded searches. As I have said many times, I am search challenged.

Thanks for the pic. I'll yell and my spouse and then we'll both know what that thing looks like.

Joe,

I know you are "search challenged", that is why I included the term used. No stress, I am glad to be a Googler for others any time...

It sure does look Like the penguin foot !! Very hard to find and really expensive...so if the whole thing is 700 and includes the folding table as well, grab it!

The last time I saw a penquin foot selling on EBay (a couple of days ago), the last bid I saw was $249 USD. I didn't see what the final bid was. A penquin foot is not a name brand, it came from Singer and was named that because it was black and walked like a penquin when sewing.

Also, did they show what kind of card table it was? When the featherweights first came out, they had a card table like sewing table. They were made of wood with a drop in place for the machine. Those also goes for around $200 USD. Wow, you could have a veritable treasure trove on your hands. Good luck.

Why would they be worth more than Swiss zig-zaggers? I use my Swiss ZZ as a walking foot when needed. Just set stitch width to nothing and it's just a walking foot. Did this on a 201 for making upholstery vinyl piping before I got the roller foot for my 96K.

Yes, it's been very very hard not to run off and grab the whole set! The machine and table look to be in good shape, although there wasn't a picture of the front of the machine in the ad.

Here's the whole package:

The seller still hasn't responded to my email. Maybe closer the Christmas he'll get more motivated to sell. Or, maybe he'll get back to me tomorrow.
