Does anyone know what this is? It was in with a bunch of attachments I bought.

The one I have is called a Needle Art Embroidery Guide. It slips on the straight stitch foot of old singers (or similar feet) and you use it to sew on braid or yarn to decorate items. The yarn slips through the loop on the end and over the groove closer to the foot (leaving some behind foot to start). Then the yarn is sewn down with the machine threaded normally. It is pretty cool, but I have never used mine. I did try it to make sure it slipped on the foot. Pat in NC

I have several and I'm pretty sure I've got directions too - will have to go look through my stuff.

Not much - printed on the small envelope the part came in.

Very interesting. I've not seen one of those. Now I'll know what it is if I ever find one. Thanks.

I didn't have a clue what it was but I think you are both correct. I tried looking up the number that was on it but didn't have any luck. I have a "Perfect" Hemstitching and Picoting attachment that slips over the foot of an old Singer foot. I see the similarities. Thanks for your help.

Interesting. I'll have to check an old box of Singer attachments that I got at a garage sale and see if there is one in it. I haven't looked at them for a while, but I remember there were several things in it that I couldn't identify. lol

Macybaby, looking at the price ... did you pay the whole 52 cents for it. That is including the 2 cents postage

I think that came in a drawer with a bunch of other stuff. I may have more than one - as I think I had one and didn't know what it was for sure, and then I got this one with the envelope. It's always neat to see original prices on stuff.
