Where can I find...?
Where can I find/purchase online a fmq foot for 1930's Singer Model 15-91?

Have you Googled it? This place has a lot of things listed. They are typically good at helping folks.

Is the 1930's 15-91 different than a 1950's 15-91?

Not sure, but probably not. I just mentioned it in case someone knew it was significant.

bkay disclaimer: Many high end machines have their own proprietary feet, so make sure it's for a "short shank machine". |
Also known as a "low shank" machine. The 15-91 is distinguished from other 15 class machines by the way the motor is set up. It's a gear driven internal motor instead of an external motor with a belt drive. Otherwise, it's pretty much identical to other Singer 15 class machines.
The 15-91 will use any low shank foot. |
Let us know how it goes with your 15-91. I've considered learning to FMQ, but never got my "round tuit". I'd like to know how learning FMQ goes for you and your 15-91.
