I would closely look at all the white cams under a magnifying glass. You could do a print and compare. You know like a finger print and then look closely at the difference. Maybe a small nick in the 3 that get ejected.

Tammi,

We took it and three others in trade. Other than the problem with the three white disks it works pretty good. So I think this one will be worked on as time and inclination allows.

That's what I prefer to do. I let them sit til I have
  • more patience
  • more knowledge
  • more ideas
then pull them out again.

While it's nice to not have a room full of busted ones, I find there's no point in rushing them. I part when I have no other options, i.e the parts to replace it aren't worth it, or it's just not a valuable enough machine, but I try til I'm out of ideas first.

Do'nt use it for parts. It has more good then bad qualities. I feel bad you are still having probleems with 778.

cjr,

I went from straight stitch machines to ZZ to ZZ with cams. I will get it figured out. Just a matter of time. Don't feel bad about it. Could be as simple as needing some oil somewhere it hasn't gotten to yet.
