Winding the Bobbin Singer 4626

I bought a Singer 4626 at a yard sale. It's a heavy duty machine from the 70s. It came in its own solid wood sewing cabinet. I got the manual for it and attempted to wind the bobbin but it is not working.

Does anyone have experience in this, or know of a video?

It's a different method. You bring the thread down through the threaded needle into the bobbin case to wind onto specialty bobbins.

I thought I could figure it out and bought the bobbins from a local dealer. When I couldn't I went back to ask for his help and he wanted $30 to show me. I only paid $20 for the machine and already paid him $10 for 4 bobbins!

It's probably a good heavy machine that will work great for piecing if I can get it to work!

Of course I've looked all over the web and contacted Singer already with no luck.

Oh, I just found a video, and I don't remember seeing the little bullseye thingee in mine. DH has it at work to take to the dealer again so I can't look, but maybe that's why mine doesn't work, it's missing a piece!
