fabulous little chain stitcher. That treadle is wonderful. Mine is finger powered.

That needle plate is in excellent condition and I do not see any rust on the painted parts of the machine. I would not even consider painting that machine. I may consider painting the irons, depending on their condition. Janey - Neat people never make the exciting discoveries I do. |

to change the stitch length there is something that moves under the bed.
oil if up first. you may not want to paint it. let is show it's age. |
