Sheila, I do agree with you about the moving avatars (and also for people with slow connections, they are probably bit/byte hungry!) yet somehow the bug and the elephant are just so silly that they really got me. :-) I agree about that sewing stitching avatar; I love it, too!

At the risk of being unpopular, I want to say that I am not nearly as much a fan of Tri low as the rest of the group is. I think I will start a separate thread for this.

Naptha -- it's just lighter fluid but much cheaper. Of course sewing machine oil is another option.

I opened up a sewing machine to clean it today, one of my recent purchases and well, it was just scary. I removed as much as I could of the hard stuff and globulated grease stuff then just used sewing machine oil. It works! I came back a little later and only had to wipe it down with Q tips and cloths, I did need an eyelash brush for some of it but I was very happy with sewing machine oil.:D

I love your machine i have the same model and a bronze version. :D mine was pretty clean when i got to so i cant help. Sorry.
