I love how they say the machines are in great shape... even in his horrible pictures you can see the grime

I like how the title part says the machine is $4000, but then in the lower part of the message says one is $5000 and the other one is also $5000. Where is the $4000 one? I want that bargain priced one!

of all the adds you folks have, today on the board I think I'll keep my money.
of all the vintage sewing machines I have, I've gotten them all for exactly for the "right " price, $00.00.

My station-wagon cost less! (ok, it was through my husband's work contacts) but seriously...... Was just thinking....if Craigslist got a hit list going....we'd all be on it. Even our really expensive vintage machines are more realistically priced. Laughing from the land of Aus......

There are truly many sane deals on sewing machines on CL - we just like to poke fun at the outlandish...

Why would he list it at $89,000???? He has sold a small assortment of odd items. ..

There are comments at the bottom, someone asked if $89K was a typo and the answer was "no ... saw one like it valued at $500K on Antiques Roadshow a few years back". Also note that the first question was answered that he was "in the process of having it appraised".

You just can't make this stuff up can you?
