Maybe I should try to pick this one up for a spare. My main sewing machine is a Pfaff 130.

Dayle; If seller is reasonable, I'd be all over that machine. That is on my wish list/some day list and been haunting CLs to no avail, yet.

His has never been used except for demos. His dad (an OSMG) bought it when he was a singer dealer and it never sold. So it is in mint condition. I guess that is where the number is coming from - the condition.

Jacquie,

Close to Lubbock? Sudan is past Shallowater, past Littlefield, and almost to Muleshoe! I can't imagine he will have any takers. Try him again in a few days.

That machine is extremely heavy. It will be expensive to ship.

Neat lamp rig up on it, isn't it?

Not vintage, but I think she still is smoking the good stuff. http://knoxville.craigslist.org/art/2924816069.html

Quick Google search shows a (really) brand new Brother XL 2600i for $80, which is $50 less than a (used) "brand new" one! WHAT???! I can't believe this one keeps showing up!
