Guess what I have been up to? yup, you guessed it!! Craigslist again!

a professional 188U. it is pretty in an odd way! Is that price as expensive as it seems?

and here is a japan made one, precision? $75

this one intrigues me -- clearly a vintage kenmore! no cabinet but a case for $50.

and last, for smoky giggles.

Probably region dependent. Around here I'd say it was a little high - GW tends to have them from $10 to $40 - but not ridiculously so. OTOH the Whites have a very good reputation so if you're comparing it to new machines it's a no brainer.

Incredibly H.E.A.V.Y. they don't sell real fast so wait and offer less money. If you really want one I have one... It would cost a pile to ship it though.
