I know it might have seemed off-topic except that I think raised eyebrows definitely fit in here!!

OK, here are today's entries:
http://edmonton.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-...AdIdZ551939781 - I don't know, for some reason this one passes giggles to offensive, but I can't fully put my finger on why. ...
It's a shame I'm not in the area. Could keep the make-up on, go to his house and offer him gold and jewels to stay the hell away from me. Hope I never meet that person!!

I laughed pretty hard at the price and wording of the ad, then looked at the pics of *two completely different machines*! I did write and tell him about the two different machines.

I was looking through my local Craig's list and found this "gem". It looks like it was in a flood, its rusty and the cabinet is a mess, it can all be yours for $100. hahahaha

This one is so wonderful that the seller wants prospective buyers to call with a price, but I assume for nothing less than $799.00, or its an insult.

I'm not sure what's going on with this one, it looks like duct tape?

A 1871 Singer 66 in a water marked cabinet for a $100.

Oh my - more sellers selling without a clue!

That second one - the Red eye - it is so hard to try to explain to them why what they have is NOT the same as what is selling for more money - not that the overpriced 128 is "selling" just being offered for sale. I'd be surprised if they seller gets $300 for it - but we'll never know as ebay won't show what the sale price was if an offer is accepted.

Funny, when I did a search on Sold items, I found two Redeyes in similar cabinets, both nicer and older than the one compared to the 128. Unfortunately for the seller, they sold both sold for under $300. Comparing them - I'd say his is about half as nice, so more in the $150 range.

This one is according to the seller who's been smokin' the really good stuff, is in mint condition. It comes complete with bobbers for a mere $400!!

I have no idea what this one could be, but it requires a foot paddle to work.

Another flood victim, poor thing and it looks like its in the cabinet backwards.

I couldn't quite believe this one - a Singer 99K in good condition, a nice machine but not $850 nice.
