I just read on another forum that Jon Helig has passed away. Evidently his daughter posted on Facebook. He will certainly be missed. He knew so much about these vintage machines and was quite helpful.

He had so much knowledge and was so gracious is sharing it with others. I ordered many needles from him for my vintage/antique machines. I'll miss him.
