OK, THAT was not exactly one stop shopping ;) Only took me 3 stores...........to get all but one item....finally I just substituted something else for that. Hopefully it will all be good....

I figure this is my trial machine anyway ~ it can't possibly get in any worse condition than it already is ;)

that should be at my house Tuesday or Wednesday. Don't know anything about it other than it was pretty. (do not go on ebay at 2:30 am - you do strange things)

Kat B,
Your White is lots prettier than mine is! I bought a White VS III on Saturday and most of her decals are gone and she has some surface rust; however I think I can get her to sew again as she moves freely and the treadle moves nicely too.
I need to find a front slide plate for her too.

Ahhhh(smile, happy dance)

I have just finished reading the entire 107 pages, all three tutorials and am waiting for my FW to be shipped from Colorado this week.

It has been an exciting three days (daze) of reading, printing and downloading some tidbits. This is so (sew) interesting. :-)

Now, I really have to do some housework while DH is gone and I have the house to myself. Then, I might even find (ah-hem) some time to actually sew.

More when my new-to-me baby arrives. Thanks for all the help and sharing.

Piecefully yours,
Kay

Billy,

I ordered some #66 bobbins for my treadle machine. Now, how do I fill them up? LOL! The treadle came with the bobbin winder but I don't have a clue as to how to use it.

Hi Kay, you are about the 3rd new person to come into the shop having read 100+ pages. You must be a bit blurry-eyed by now.

The info in those pages are really chuck full of valueable material (fabric, I guess I could say). I am trying to find time to chronical all of the pages so I know where to look when I need some info.

WELCOME! Hope you continue to enjoy everyone's company. Linda

Looking Good! I cannot wait to get into mine. Just keep thinking how good it will look when you get it back together.
