Thanks! I can't take credit for this design. I found it while googling quilt backs. I was looking for a design for the back that would use up the remaining 2x2s that I had leftover from the front. Funny thing is that I still have squares...those dang squares must multiple in the tin box that I have them in when I'm not looking. Anyway, looks like I will be using those remaining squares in a future scrappy quilt.

He got the little man quilt for his 2nd birthday today - studied it a bit and said BOO (BLUE) - hugged it and wouldn't let anybody look at it. I think maybe he likes it.

You use heavy pellon, maybe called Timtex. Satin stitch around the center bottom then start adding 'petals' and when they are all done, you satin stitch around the top of the bowl. They are alot of fun and you can just go nuts on designing them for whatever size you want.
I learned something new today from you! Never heard of pellon or Timtex; had to google them.
I'm going to have to read up on this project. Looks doable! Thanks!

So before placing a bid on that 15 clone on Ebay I sent a message to the seller asking if they would consider shipping vis UPS rather than USPS & how would they be packaging the machine for shipping in order to avoid damage. Here's their reply:
"I guess I would consider UPS. I've never been asked that. Why does it matter? I was just going to pack it in a box with shipping paper. I'm not too concerned with damage as it is in it's own sturdy case."
So Eek! What would you do? The seller has a 99.6% positive feedback.
