Miriam,

No, it does not apply to all Riccar machines.

Does that go for ALL Riccar machines or only certain ones?

Candace,

WOW! That sounds like a great idea for masking the emblem before painting.

I'm still in Turlock. A few of us are going to a small quilt showing in the morning. Then heading home. Interesting day! Lots of fun. Small turnout, but everyone had fun. I spent most of my time working on machines. Pure heaven!
I traded 2 repro handcranks for a Wilcox & Gibbs head to put in my W&G treadle. Traded a handcrank for a neat clamp-on LED light from IKEA (I was planning on hitting IKEA and buying one tomorrow). I won a load of stuff from the raffle (Must have bought way too many tickets, again). And bought too much fabric (all chicken related) from the quilt shop that the TOGA is held in. Maybe I'll even use the fabric instead of just hoarding it, oops I mean collecting it.

The only pictures I took were of the quilts hanging on the walls at the shop.

All in all it was a really great day.

AH that is exactly what my sister said. She said she has one of each. The one with out the belt works real nice on her quilter.

Thank you Irish! I'd expect Wards to do this, but still it doesn't say Montgomery Wards arcoss the arm in big bold letters - the MW is pretty indiscreet. Not like my Hitachi that shouts Hitachi in big bold letters from the treadle and machine head!
