Default Wiring

We have a model 128 shuttle with crinkle finish that needs new wiring. We checked the sew-classic but can't figure out which to get. Would you make a suggestion, please?

Hi,

You want to know whether to use SPT1 or SPT2 black wire?

Cheryl,

If you just need the wire, get the 18/2 gauge wire that Sew-classic carries. If you are going to be wiring the Singer 'banana' plug (3 hole), choose the SPT-1. The SPT-2 is too thick to easily get into the plug. The insulation on the SPT-1 is more than adequate for the Singer 128.
