Thank you for the link, I love all my old Singers! These designs would make a great wallhanging for the sewing room!

I would love those also! I don't know much about machine embroidery - I have a friend with a machine that does it so I'll have to see if these would work on her's.

Noooooo! Nooooo! I have been thinking about an embroidery machine for quite awhile. Seeing all of the Singer designs may help (enable?) me to consider purchasing one.

I'm having the same problem! LOL!

I really don't need another machine...
I really don't need an an embroidery machine.
    I....

I'm going to go look at Kijiji and see what's available.

There are more vintage designs on her other pages too.

I don't need another machine. I don't need another machine. I don't need another machine. I don't need another machine. I really don't need another machine... No matter how good the reason is. I really don't need another machine...

That's my story and I'm sticking too it.

You'll have to let usknow if that works for you. So far my mantra's not working.

    Tammi,

That mantra is not working for me either. last Monday I brought home two more machines. BUT I did have a good reason for one of them (a tan Featherweight), as I didn't have one of those yet. VBG

Nope not working for me either. I have been looking. The Western Washington fair is in progress in my neck of the woods. I just might check out the Fair specials at the local Sewing Machine store. I am sure that I will have sticker shock when I am done.

Oh well, of course! Certain exceptions have to be made. I've got a line on a "super hard to find" Singer badge,... I will make an exception for that one too.

Oh! No doubt on the sticker shock. The "lowest priced" sewing / embroidery machine I can find new is $500, the lowest priced one I'd buy is double that, and the most reasonable used one is $1200, so I'm safe for the moment.

I would have to do a bunch more research anyway before I felt comfortable buying one.
