    O.K., so i'm a bit late catching on to this, but i caught the fever yesterday and have since made 8 bowls, and matching towels for gifts.
    I have a bowl that also measures 10", BUT it is wider and has a 1 1/2" drop. i made a holder for it and it turned out great.

    wow, thanks for osting this, At first it ooed like a lot of measuring, but after i made one, they just zipped along. and i think it's a good thing to practice fmqing on. the ones i make tomorrow will have fmq in them. (I need to practice).
