I am trying to use the my block feature to put scans of my blocks in and am having trouble. I have the scans named correctly and sized correctly but when I try to put them in the correct place I cannot find it. I installed my software with the default on and tried to find the C\programfiles\E.Q.\dj\pics\mychart (okay I abbreviated some of that here) and do not find that. I tried going the other route they suggested of going to c drive, then program files then Eq, then dear jane and at this point the only choice I have that comes up is "stash" - the dear jane does not come up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Linda

How do you do this? It sounds interesting. I have a new machine so could probably do it, just not picturing it in my head lol

Hi ladies! If I'm out of line here, please just tell me...OK? I went to the previous thread to post today's "show and tell" and found that this new one had been created.

I finished all of my blocks and triangles last fall....worked on them for about a year and a half, although not continuously. This month I finally made my design wall and arranged the blocks and am in process of adding sashing strips and cornerstones. Three rows are finished so far.....yay!!

Obviously they are not in the same order as Jane's....when I began I didn't think I would EVER come close to finishing all those little blocks! So I just selected civil war'ish fabrics I liked and matched them to blocks randomly. The result was that it took several days to come up with a balanced arrangement.

For those of you just starting your DJs, there IS life after all those bitty pieces! Happy quilting!
