I must say all of us are doing fantastic jobs interpreting the blocks in our own style. I love looking at all the different colors and how we've placed them in the stars. They are just awesome!
I too got a calendar and marked each Sunday with the name of the star for the week. I know I'll get behind at some point so it's my reminder.
Everyone fantastic job!

They need to be 1.91 MB for a jpeg ... I usually post my pics to facebook, then when you have the choice to look at your pic on facebook you can download to your computer... It ends up being small enough to post to quilting board. I haven't figured out my photo program enough to make it small enough..... Sigh

Mona Lisa... I had problems too with the size and went to the help section of this board, and followed the instructions to download a re-size program. Worked like a charm. I know some people have had problems with downloading from their I-Pad..etc. It works best from a regular computer.

Here's another Arkansas. (This is going to be a little jarring I'm afraid, right after MonaLisa's purple-ish one).

I just found this thread - such beautiful blocks!! I actually signed up for this class at my LQS and start tonight. It is a monthly club. I have never paper pieced. Was a little bit worried about the one Amazon review that said some blocks have 60 pieces. That made me feel that for a first timer to paper piecing - I am in the wrong class! But then I figured, nothing ventured - nothing gained (and they assured me this class is for those who have never paper pieced to those brushing up on skills, etc). I have watched quite a few YouTube tutorials on this, so while 60 pieces seem a little daunting - it looks like one just needs to follow the process - and the result will be a wonderfully detailed block that couldn't be obtained otherwise.
I look forward to seeing the additional blocks everyone is working on - and posting some of my own once I get started.
