I think I picked out my next colors. This will be my controlled fabric to tie it all together. I have bright yellow for the stars and a light & a medium teal for the sashing. I also want to finish off the stars & maybe add a scrappy border. Hmm, maybe I should make this 2 quilts after all & not one huge one....thinking, thinking....

I found a bright yellow 2 1/2" strip that I had planned for a binding for a quilt a few years ago but changed my mind. Hopefully there is enough of that for the stars. I think if I use my easy angle ruler it will use a lot less fabric. Now to find enough bright strips. I think I have 8 cut so far. This is so much fun!

I was just looking on Quilterscache. They have a quite a few signature blocks under different names. This is the one I decided on for Jolo, http://www.quilterscache.com/S/SignatureStarBlock.html. I'm a little behind, still need to add the last triangles before doing the 2 1/2" strips. Everyone's are turning out just dandy.
I'll also make the "Signature Star" block, so count me in on that & also for another Scrappy, got lots of that stuff hanging around, time to thin them out a little.
