Wow--42 weeks. We're at least 80% done right? This has been a really fun and educational experience. I have learned so much from each and everyone doing this--thank you all for sharing so much.

42 weeks--you know, a normal pregnancy is 40 weeks! (Sorry, I was an OB nurse for 20 years).

Yes, I am very happy I have the 111 plus blocks done; have turned my sewing attenions to "Life on the farm" by John Sloane printed by Wilmington...which I thought would be a good wall hanging to match FWSQ. Wrong. Its a whole quilt in itself...half way through I discovered not enough fabric and the line is being discontinued through out the internet. And its not payday yet. Gardening start up is always too expensive at our house...what beautiful flowers...and I fail to stop soon enough at the nurseries. Good news that its almost all the homestead is showing its beautiful colors...sweet potatoes are planted.

Happy belated birthday, Anne. So happy you have lead us to the finish line, (almost) and encourged us along the way. Its been a wonderful journey with all and seeing the beautiful blocks each week.

It has been wonderful to see everyones blocks each week and to stay connected with this project. I am so pleased I have stuck with it.
I am looking forward to putting all my blocks together as in a way it will become a memory quilt as you touch each block you will remember the other blocks that were made and new friends found.
Thank you to all the other participants for making this a memorable journey
