Just popping in to say hi, just arrived home, traffic was horrendous on the highway. Beautiful photos of the twins Anael, well done on finishing the house Bev.
Now I had better start unpacking the car and think about cooking dinner, DH has taken fish out of the freezer. I feel like stir fry

While most of you are "Spiking" I have gotten working on the UFO pile. Another one finished; one with the binding to stitch down and one in the waiting.
Finished and a great spot for it.

Any suggestions on how to quilt this one? Remember I have limited FMQ skills!

Any way that you 'free motion' it, OksewGlad. it will be great!
Honchey, I am not surprised you 'gave in' to a mini quilt book with OksewGlad's photos of her finished mini quilts...I have some 1 inch squares just awaitin' for me to take a dive into them... think you might have to 'apply' that wooden spoon to our new group, even after your wise words of yesterday...
SIL is on the job via computer today here; DD is home school on the kitchen table...sounds wonderful in our house this morning with the roosters crowing outside and the hens singing their songs. Of course, DGS is enjoying his Hot Wheels (and his building blocks) when not home schooling. After homeschooling, DD told him he can play outside because its a beautiful fall day here today. Sunshine seems a littler brighter today with the special visitors in our home.
May you all have a good day.

Nothing like a sunny day with family to uplift spirits! Going outside to work on garden mess.
LOL Honchey A mini book huh? Which one? Ohh maybe another one lured into Mini Madness!! I think you asked a ? a while ago about ironing. Yes my iron is set right next to my machine at my right hand side. On the left is a small table with cutting mat that is very moveable so that when I don't need to cut and trim it's out of my way. I have attached Command hooks to the sides and legs to hang my small rulers and rotary cutter. My DFIL made this table as a teenager and I enjoy using it daily.

A busy productive corner with all the essentials, OksewGlad...in mini style! Think its time that I send your more scraps for your stash!
My normal sewing space is now SIL's office for the Day! An he probably is more productive than I have been lately!
