I joined the UFO a month group. The Orca quilt maybe my first quilt to finish for the New Year. I would really like to keep the momentum going so this doesn't turn into a UFO. The picture thread for Orca shows the quilters guess as to the solution. If you don't want to know don't go to that thread. I really didn't want to know but the colors she used are so different from mine I think mine will still be a surprise.

Oh no!!! I am going to wait and not look at the finished quilt till I am much farther along in the process!!!! I have about 35 large string blocks done now.

No more sewing though for 2011. Off to play our Settlers of Catan game-the companion game Catan Seafarers!!! Wish me luck (our son-in-law usually wins!)!

Happy New Year!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!! May this one give you ENOUGH of what you may need.

I've seen the reveal. NICE. I'm slowly working this between my momentary breaks from sanity, lol

Can't wait to see what everyone's completed quilt.
