Alaska is to get an epic storm

Just read on Yahoo! that Alaska's west coast is expected to get hurricane force winds and snow. They are evacuating at least one area. I hope this doesn't do too much harm to anyone or their homes. Do we have any quilting board members there?

yep..already hit Scammon bay pretty hard...said the coastal villages might be swallowed whole...scary...I lived out there..I know what it can be like....pray if you will..they are going to need it!

Prayers are with them -- they are pretty isolated out there and I heard they are evacuating some areas. Very Scary -- hurricane force winds but not circular.
