I wanted to add a picture to my Profile (I guess) - I know how to add one to my main post, but not to my profile - can anyone help me? Thanks!

Click on "My Profile" at the top of the page.

Scroll down to the Avatar section.

Click "Browse" and find the picture you want just as you would if it were in a regular post.

After you find the picture, click "update avatar"

At the top of the page go to: my profile-
go mostly down the page to AVATAR
select picture from your compter
and follow the instructions!

And keep in mind, avatar pictures can only be a certain size. Make certain the picture you intend to use for you avatar is not larger than the size allowed, or it will not take effect.
