Fabric is nice, but to be honest there is more wonderful and amazing things to see and do in Paris (smile). Enjoy this lovely adventure with your daughter.

I agree with Murphy, and most of the fabric is very expensive and from the US. At least that is what SIL said. She did bring me back some beautiful pieces from Provence.

What a fantastic gift!

I'm sure you will have a wonderful trip. One word of caution... my son just got back and he was pick-pocketed while there. He found out after the fact that it's a very serious problem there. One of the top 10 places.

Oh Dotty you are going to be in for such an adventure! What a great gift (any chance your daughter could teach my husband a few tricks?) Have a great time and enjoy every experience Paris has to offer. Bon chance!

What a great gift! And yes, the quilt shop is very nice but as mentioned by someone else, most of the fabric is from the US. There is also a needlework shop kind of right across the street from the quilt shop. But hope you don't spend too much time there as many other things to see. Make sure you see the Eiffel Tower at night at preferably on the hour as the lights twinkle and it looks like gold and silver..very beautiful!!!
