AND Did anyone see the singer that sang with Bono? The little cute one. His name is Reeve Carney, 28 years old. I will bet this will be his big break out, and you will be seeing a lot more of him.

I liked them both, but thought Lauren would win. Scotty was cute when he went to his parents and grandparents when he was singing his final song. Both kids had strong parental support. That was good to see.

That lady GAGA was a disgrace... and I was for Scottie the whole time.. Glad he won. He was great..

This year's final 13 (as a whole) were the best singers American Idol has ever had at the same time - IMHO. It seemed like every week it got harder and harder to make predictions as to who was going forward. Both Lauren and Scotty have super voices and a wide vocal range. Every once in awhile Scotty came close to an "Elvis" sound, and I would imagine that he and Lauren will both do well in the future. I would imagine that the others also will do well in the music business.

It was a great show, minus lady gaga. I was yelling at the tv, LOL! There were too many young people watching. My niece made her kids leave the room for a few minutes. What were they thinking?

I was so glad Scotty won. I have liked him from the start. Hope he goes far. Lauren was good too. I"m sure she will do alright.

they both won but I was rooting for lauren. I did like how Scotty said he and Lauren had been together thru the whole thing and that they would stay together.
