Does it have to be a book? There are many patterns available by the three main pattern companies. McCall, simplicty, and butterick are all on line to see thier patterns and the sewing stores often put the patterns on sale for 1.99 or so.

Mary Mulari (you can google her) has the absolutely best apron patterns. They are easy to make because the directions are clear and the patterns come ready to cut out and use. They can be reversible and details added or customized to make them right for you. I love the "Church Lady" pattern best and have made at least a dozen of them.

There are hundreds of free apron patterns on the web. I'm sure if you do a search for them, you won't be disappointed!
