OK, I surrender. Does anyone know how I can take a picture that was emailed to me and convert it into a jpg so I can attach it? It apparently isn't in jpg format so it keeps getting an error. I'd give up, but this is sooooo nice.

You would right-click on the picture and choose Copy. Then open Windows Paint, right-click and choose Paste. Then save as a .jpg so you can upload it.
