Board Thrift Shop and Yard Sale ... Now Open!
Patrice has opened up the 'thrift shop and yard sale' ... previously known as 'classifieds' ... and for one day only we can post many more items than normal ... go check it out.

I was considering posting some fabrics from my overstocked stash but realize that hubby and I are gonna be gone for 5 days and it would be so inconvenient for people to wait for their fabrics and all the messages I would get etc would give me a headache.
But if you are Senior Members, Super Members and Power Posters ... this might really be of interest to you
Being gone for 5 days won't stop me from shopping here tho

one problem i have incountered is that when i reply to a post, i get a message that it wont be posted until a moderator reads it. does that mean we can no longer play the silly games for freebies anymore. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Does this mean if you post some items forsale on friday, that it might not show up for 2 or 3 days later. By that time the weekend would be over. I have noticed in the past that most members post on friday or saturday.

From what I could tell, the ads are that--ads. I don't think that posting to the thread would work as a method of response. Did you PM the seller?

one i posted finally showed up but two have not. and it does say it will be posted after a moderator reads it. i did pm them but we should not have to pm just to post a comment. doesnt sound right to me. if you couldnt post a reply then that option should be there.
