With the name "Bull" all I could think of was the bailiff on "Night Court"...the tall, bald guy! LOL

I agree, it is too early to tell about Bull. I am not a fan of the 5 o'clock shadow that men wear now, but it occurred to me that they have him wearing that shadow and the thick rimmed glasses to get you away from seeing the clean-shaven dapper DiNozzo character. Otherwise, I did think that DiNozzo, I mean Michael, did a good job.

NCIS, I will always watch.

Michael Weatherly was on Dr Phil yesterday & I guess Dr Bull was inspired by Dr Phil's life before TV. He done a lot of work in the court system. I have never seen Michaels other show so I can't compare the two.

After all these years I thought everyone had seen NCIS. I must say I watch it for Gibbs and Ducky. Mark Harmon and David McCallum are two of my favorites.

Enjoyed Bull but do agree that the whole jury profiling business seems a little unethical and DH is worried that it will become very routine with each week him figuring out the "real"murderer--but then that's what Perry Mason was and it was on the air for a long time! Glad NCIS new season started--but not sure I'm liking NCIS New Orleans although not surprised the one gal is not returning, she was a little boring!
Did anyone watch "Designated Survivor" tonight? We thought that has potential so will watch again. Did not like Blindside--retired school counselor and frankly Minnie Driver's character and the dynamics with the other kids was one I'd dealt with often and just don't find that entertaining--my DH will watch cause he watches a LOT of tv and things Minnie Driver is hot! Give me Mark Harmon any old day! LOL!

Default Bull tv show

I liked it well enough to watch a few more and see whether it remains worth watching. Diane C.

We're giving it another couple episodes. I was deconstructing a large fluffy skirt with lots of ruffles and tulle.

OK, what was with that question "how do you get a cold"? Didn't get that, did you? Thought long and hard before I clicked on "Post Quick Reply", felt stupid. Perhaps that show is a little bit over my head since I didn't get that.

It was a ridiculous question and had nothing to do with jury selection. That being said the ones that went along and gave an answer to that question were the people who would just go with the flow and not challenge the validity of what was told to them. The ones that took a stand and refused to answer such an inane question showed that they were independent thinkers and were willing to stand up for what they believed in and not fold and give in to convention. Supposedly the lady was the only one who refused to answer the question and that was why Bull knew that she was a natural born leader and others would listen to her.

Why Bull asked the lady the same question again at the end of the show sort of went over my head, too.
