Go girl, glad to see you can take what you learned in quilting and beautify your home.
Nothing beats a try but a failure.
We all fall short of the mark.
It's beautiful and if it is harder than a simple design it will also be something you will love forever so .. I have laid tile on a flat surface but haven't tried on a verticle.
So it takes a little (or a lot) more time and effort - the results are definitely worth it!!!

I know exactly what you mean! I LOVE doing tile work, making stained glass projects - really anything that you have to put things together to make something. The end result is so pleasing every time you look at it. You did a beautiful job on the tile work.
