Under the links section, bluesnowdoe has a list of links including one for the button museum in Waterbury, Conn. That reminded me of some pictures I once saw where a lady who had amassed thousands of buttons, sewed them to cardboards (or some such thing) in designs, some of them as Victorian ladies' dresses. Some were just circles within circles of same colored buttons, etc. It was fascinating. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

Reminds me of the late Victorian vaudeville outfits where white buttons were sewn to vests in different patterns.

The Warthers Museum is awesome. The button displays are so neat and unusual. They make good knives also!
