I have the Janome 350e and the embrillience essential and enthusiast software...
I do wonder if I can split designs ( the embrilliance does it...) without needing to buy special hoops...( I have the two standard hoops that comes with the machine....
I did read negative reviews about the Giga hoop....is there any hoop that someone in here used with this machine, that really work well ?????

I don't have the software or the machine, but I do have Embird, which is an embroidery software that will split a design, although I haven't done it in a long time. The purpose of splitting a design is to be able to use the hoops you have to stitch the design out. I've never heard of having to buy a different hoop to do this. I hope others who have this software can answer your question.

The Embrillence website has some forums showing. That would probably be a good place to ask your questions.

I have had Embird since it first came out and love it. Just upgraded it to the 2016 version. It does what all of the fancy expensive programs do
