I can get on just fine. One of the improvements I had to make was to turn off the HD function. It is located next to the 30 sec repeat in the bar.

Nope. Just tried it on my ipad. I usually stream to my tv through my Apple Tv converter box.

It's working fine for me. Try clearing your browser's cache. What browser do you use?

It worked better with Google Chrome for me. If you continue to have troubles, contact their customer service. They will work with you. They will also offer you a refund if you aren't happy.

My daughter had to re-install Google on the iPad today as it was not working at all.

Did you click the help button? Craftsy will attempt to diagnose the problem and give you a solution without contacting them at all. I got just a blank screen with my first class and turning off the HD and clicking on settings and selecting "flash" worked for me. Then a few days ago I updated Windows Explorer to version 11 and got the blank screen again -- I uninstalled the update and it worked fine again.
