Thanks for posting. I am sharing this with many. I am also a Carol Ann. When I was born the minister refused to baptize me as it was "not a proper name". My Grandfather who was President of the congregation said it was and that settled that. By the way the minister shortly after that retired and the new minister had a daughter named--you guessed it--Carol Ann!

i was born in vermont but lived most of my childhood on the north shore, my young adulthood in boston, and my early 20's on the south shore. then the earth shattered and i landed in texas. we lived in dallas for 24 yrs. and now i am in the mid-atlantic states. and what do i miss? texas! i have found beauty and love everywhere i have been.\, but i savor the warmth of texas, and love and miss my children and friends who are still there.
