We are fighting them tooth and nail at our house in Walton Co. Interested to see if anyone else has them yet. They are outside thank goodness.

Goodness, haven't seen any here in MS yet but all Southerners know what kudzu is. You can disappear in it within a week. It just creeps up. Will keep an eye out for that bug.

I live in Adams County PA and we have stink bugs. Our's look a little different then that. They are ruining the fruit crops. My son in law had to clean out his father's house when he passed away last fall. His house was full of them. They were everywhere.
I have pest strips that are in a plastic case. I bought a dozen and have them hanging at the windows. So far no bugs. I hope they keep working

We have stink bugs here in Virginia, they look a little different, maybe not as square. They usually start showing up in the fall. We buy an isecticide on line from doyourownpestcontrol.com and spray around all of the doors and windows and that seems to help prevent them coming into the house.

We don't have them yet, but it looks like just a matter of time. If is for sure we have enough Kudzu for them to feed on.

Do they eat the kudzu? If that is so, then they are a little bit welcome, right?

Haven't seen it here in North Alabama, but then haven't looked for it either. We don't have Kudzu on our property, once that stuff starts it's almost impossible to get rid of.

Good luck.....do you think someone brought them in to get the kudzu under control?

From what I have read in my search to finally identify these critters, they eat Kudzu but not enough to get rid of it. We have an acre and not one bit of kudzu so not sure why they are picking on us. I also read they do not know how they got here but most likely just got carried in from Asia. Looks like they are rather new to the US and the South seems to be where they are mostly at right now.
