I have a Shark and I love it! I have ceramic tile in my kitchen and baths and it does a good job. As to grout lines, it will clean any surface dirt but it won't deep clean them. I'm not sure there IS one that will. I just keep a elongated brush and when I come across a spot, I spray the steam, let it soak for a second and then use the brush. Luckily, i have a tan grout and not white!!

I used the shark on my laminated floor and it streaked like crazy. Took it back. Where ever you get one...check return policy. Glenda

I have a shark and love it! I use it on my tile floors and my hardwood. Works great!

I loved the steam cleaner for my tile floors. I had one of the first ones- a Bissell. I agree with Nanamoms about the grout though. I have hardwood floors now & didn't like how the steamer cleaned them so I am not using it much now.

Have the Haan. Love it! However, I have light beige grout (soooo wrong!!) and use a "scrubber" made by bissell for hard floors and tile. Love this one too as I feel it cleans even better- I can see the water it sucks up.

But, I end up on my hands and knees with magic erasers or clorox pens (really work). I just bought a grout brush. $1.75 at Dollar General. Going to see if this works. Seriously thinking of staining the grout to a tan so I don't have to do this all the time.
