Flat Rate Envelopes Denied!
#181
I love to make my own postcards and sent them for postcard rate but when I went to a P.O. in another town, they charged me an extra .50 to handstamp them. I never had to pay this charge when I sent pictures and requested handstamping. Something new?

Size limits:
* Minimum: 3-1/2 inches high by 5 inches long by 0.007 inch thick
* Maximum: 6 inches long by 4-1/4 inches high
* Additional postage required for larger postcards
Large Post Card Price:
Postcards that are over 4-1/4 inches high X 6 inches long X 0.016 inch thick are considered oversized. They will be charged as a letter or large envelope depending on the size.
