Just decided to cut out bread, biscuits, pasta, potato - basically most carbs. Eating lots of salad, and more protein. Was feeling very bloated. See how we go........
Some guy sat next to me on the train eating hot chips ---It was touch and go wether he was going to live to get to his destination...Yummmmm hot chips. (lol)

I gave up PEPSI and boy do I looooong for that beautiful beverage!!!

google Resistant Starch..and see that you will lose weight by eating certain carbs..they fill you up and stay with you so you won`t get hungery..very good for diabetics also..
