You mean for American Girl type dolls? If so, here are a few websites to check out:

IF Jo-Ann's or Hobby Lobby have their 99 cent pattern sale going on -usually limit 10 (I give other monies and they go in to buy them up to 10 lol) its a good way to stock up on 18" doll patterns .. There is alot of free patterns online as well.
I also have the 30 minute patterns by Sewing with Nancy for the dresses (easy peasy instructions to follow).

I love making doll clothes! I started a thread the lives and loves of 18" dolls, and there are a lot of neat things members have made. Check it out if you're interested, and post pictures of what you've made! We all love eye candy!
Thanks for all the sites! I will check them out! What i want most is a clear and easy sweater pattern.

Thanks. That's the newest thing on my list for DGD for Christmas. I was waiting for a sale. Saw some really cute patterns, but $17 for a pattern ( even with 40 percent off) is a bit steep.
